Our Prices
VladiS Centre offers a flexible pricing policy that is focused on optimization of client costs. At our trsnslation office, the price is indicated for translation of a conventional page (a conventional page contains 1,860 characters with spaces).
Conventional page translation cost:
- Russian/Ukrainian: UAH 80
- English: UAH 150
Minimum order volume: one conventional page.
Standard translation time: five or six conventional pages per one business day.
The cost of urgent orders that exceed the above number of pages per one business day will be increased 1.5 to 2 times (based on order urgency and volume).
Any "same day" orders (regardless of their volume) will be charged at double rate.
Any "today for tomorrow" orders (regardless of their volume) will be charged at 1.5 rate.
Standard document translation cost:
(a birth certificate, marriage certificate, diploma (without attachment))
- Russian/Ukrainian: UAH 70
- English: UAH 80
Spelling of names and surnames in accordance with foreign travel passport is required for translation of standard documents.
Editing cost:
Te cost of editing a client-provided translation is 50 percent of the cost of appropriate translation. If a computer-translated text is presented for editing, it may be treated as a new translation order.
Notarization:

The cost of notarization (from/into English) is from UAH 150 for one document.
Document delivery:
Delivery in Kyiv and Ukraine by specialist messenger services: at the rates of the respective messenger services.
If materials for translation are provided in electronic format, characters are calculated from the source document. Therefore, the customer knows the final cost of translation even before the work begins. If the text is provided other that in electronic format, the full cost calculation is based on its ready-made translation.
Other advantages of our pricing policy include no surcharges for subject-matter of translation, issuance of all payment documents, special discounts for clients with whom we have contracts, and editing that is already included in the cost of translation.
Our office offers a free-of-charge trial translation (1/2 of conventional page).
To start a translation, we need to receive an advance payment at 70 percent of the translation cost.
